Please read these terms carefully. As an EVA slipper manufacturer dedicated to B2B excellence, we value transparency and mutual trust.
1. Target Audience & Scope
This website is operated by YanSIR (hereinafter referred to as "the Factory") and is intended for use by:

Individuals browsing our catalog and factory capabilities.
2. Content Disclaimer
Wholesale Only
We are a factory-direct manufacturer. We do not provide retail services to individual consumers. All inquiries should be for bulk orders or sample requests for business purposes.
Product Specifications: Images, colors, and technical parameters (e.g., EVA density, weight) displayed on the site are for reference only. Due to monitor differences and manufacturing tolerances:
- Final product specifications shall be subject to the confirmed physical sample.
- The official Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice (PI) governs all technical standards.
3. Cooperation Rules
Order Validity
Website inquiries do not constitute a confirmed order. A binding agreement is formed only upon signing a Sales Contract or confirming a Proforma Invoice (PI).
Customization & Deposit
For OEM/ODM orders, a deposit (typically 30%-50%) is required to initiate mold production or mass manufacturing. Balance is due prior to shipment.
Intellectual Property
Clients must ensure they hold rights to any logos/designs provided for customization. YanSIR retains ownership of all factory-developed molds unless otherwise agreed.
4. Force Majeure
YanSIR shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, raw material shortages, government actions, or logistics interruptions. In such events, we will promptly notify the client and negotiate a revised schedule.
5. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to settle any disputes through friendly negotiation based on the signed contract terms. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where YanSIR's manufacturing facility is located, unless otherwise stipulated in the Sales Contract.
